Wine is made following the Bordeaux tradition. This condition makes our character and at the same time makes the difference with the rest of the D. O.
The traditional Bordeaux technique, takes a maximum advantage of the exceptional characteristics of our grapes, to produce a broth that allows us to obtain the Quality and Exclusivity that characterizes our wines.
In Valdeviñas Winery we have the technology that ensures a rigorous control of the elaboration conditions during the entire process.
After selecting the best grapes, these are placed in French oak tanks where maceration will take place at special temperatures and conditions during the time our technicians determine, according to the characteristics of each vintage, obtaining in this first extraction a great richness of aromas.
After this, the alcoholic fermentation begins and will last as many days as possible, performing daily pumping and with a continuous control of the temperature, by cooling the tanks.
